Senior Audio Lead
Produced all audio content for Leap’s Pond, a key children’s educational entertainment product line, including music composition, vocals/voice overs, and WAVE and MIDI sound files. Duties and accomplishments included:

  • Managed multiple projects simultaneously, under strict (five to six week) deadlines. Completed 11 major projects in 14 months.
  • Reduced production costs by 15% to 25% by negotiating pricing with talent agencies and recording facilities, as well as utilizing personal recording studio facilities.
  • Coordinated with LeapFrog production and implementation teams in Illinois, California, New York, Ohio, British Columbia, and Costa Rica.
  • Hired, trained, and supervised teams of outside contractors and monitored work to ensure compliance with LeapFrog production standards.
  • Auditioned, hired, and directed voice-over talent, scheduled recording sessions, booked studio time.
